About TheEditFlows
Editing help for the PC you actually own
Most editing advice assumes a fast CPU, a dedicated GPU, and 32GB of RAM. This site is for everyone else.

Why this site exists
I started editing video on a low-end PC — 4GB of RAM, no dedicated graphics card, a hard drive instead of an SSD. Every tutorial I found assumed hardware I didn't have, and every forum answer was "just upgrade." That advice doesn't help when upgrading isn't an option right now.
So I spent months testing settings, workflows, and free software until editing on that machine actually worked. TheEditFlows is where I write those fixes down, so you don't have to spend months finding them yourself.
